 Mentoring engagement & training - A ½  day practical, focused & interactive workshop
to help mentors equip with the mindset & skillset to be an effective mentor.
Facet5 is used to help mentors increase awareness of his/her strengths & limitations 

 Mentee orientation - ½ day  session to help mentees understand the merit of mentoring,
their roles as mentees , and how to fully leverage the relationship

 Mentor & mentee bonding - A  2.5 hour fun interactive and meaningful session to bond
the mentors and mentees, facilitating them to kick start the relationship comfortably & naturally  

 On going tracking & measurement - It’s common that mentoring relationship can lose
momentum easily,  we put in place a straightforward and effective tracking to ensure progress and results
